Home > Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to cancel their subscription with Business Thrust Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. (Digital Dot Agency) must provide a minimum of 30 days (1 month) prior notice before the desired cancellation date. This advance notice allows us to process the cancellation effectively and ensures a smooth transition for our customers.
Clients can request cancellation by contacting our salesperson via their personal emails or sales@digitaldotagency.com. Please include your subscription details and the desired cancellation date in your request.
Any cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the desired cancellation date will not be considered valid. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation request is made within the stipulated timeframe.
Please note that Business Thrust Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. (Digital Dot Agency) does not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription term in the event of cancellation.
